Tue 5:30 - 6:45 pm
Wed 8:45 - 10 am
Thu 12 n - 12:45 pm, 5:45 - 7 pm
Sun 10:45 am - 12 n

 New Class: Gentle Yoga Wednesdays 5:45 - 6:45 pm, $48/6 weeks + tax

 
Fees: $54 for 6 x 75 min classes or $11 walk-in, plus WV sales tax

(10% discount if take 2 classes per week)

Yoga has been used for centuries to improve physical and psychological well-being
by enhancing vitality, flexibility, mental clarity, and relaxation. Attention to detail
in the postures and the appropriate use of props like blocks and blankets addresses
specific needs and gives the most benefit from poses.
