Classes are held at our studio in Chelsea Square (1137 Van Voorhis Rd, Suite 45).  Click here for a map and directions.


New Classes:

Yoga for Neck and Shoulders is a six week course, August 11 - September 15, that teaches correct actions in the shoulders and rib cage in poses specifically modified to help with stiff shoulders and neck, limited mobility or injuries.  Pre-registration is required, for all six classes.  Cost is $95.40 incl. tax.  

Healthy Living Program combines education about an anti-inflammatory whole foods diet that eliminates addictive and allergenic foods, group support and yoga to enhance detoxification, digestion, elimination, weight loss and overall health. 

Level I/II will replace Monday 9 am Level II and Monday 7:15 pm Level II classes, and there will no longer be a Level I class Monday evening at 5:30 pm.

Ongoing Classes:


Introduction to Yoga: for students new to yoga or new to the Iyengar method

Tue 5:30 - 6:45 pm, Wed 8:45 - 10 am, Thu 1:30 - 2:45 pm, Sat 10:45 am - 12 n, Sun 11:15 am


Continuing Beginner: for students who have completed Introduction to Yoga or who have previous yoga experience.

Yoga for Plus Size
is an introductory class that adapts poses for the needs of larger bodies.

Pranayama, regulation of the breath, is for students who are in Level I classes or above.

 
         

Fees (Note: Add 6% WV Sales Tax to Fees Below)

60 Min class (Gentle Yoga): $48/ 6 sessions, $10/ walk-in
75 Min class (Introduction to Yoga, Continuing Beginner, Vinyasa): $54/ 5 sessions, $11/walk-in
90 Min class Level I and II: $60/ 6 sessions, $12/ walk-in
90 Min Yoga Therapy class: $90/ 6 sessions, $20/ walk-in
120 Min Level II-III class: $15/ walk-in, $80/ 6 sessions
Discounts: 10% off if take 2 classes per week; 12.5% off if take 3 classes per week
                  10% off for seniors
Unlimited Option: $150 + 6% tax to take any number of 60 min or 90 min classes in 6 weeks (except Individualized Yoga or workshops)
60 Min Individual session: $60
