is for students who prefer to focus on the more restorative side of asana practice,
while still stretching tight muscles.
Yoga for Plus Size is an introductory class that adapts poses for the needs of larger bodies. Pranayama, regulation of the breath, is for students who are in Level I classes or above. Yoga Therapy: poses are modified to help with problems with lower back, upper back, neck and shoulders. Please call for other cases.
